# SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Strategic Workforce Planning

**What you’ll do:**
Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Strategic Workforce Planning Student

**In this role, you’ll**
* Support the SAP Global Strategic Workforce Planning team as a Project Management Office (PMO) assistant, including managing status reports for various workforce planning initiatives and stakeholders, coordinate regular team meetings, take meeting minutes and follow-up on action items, as well as support document management and template creation.
* The SWP student will directly contribute to the strategic alignment and execution of our initiatives, which are essential for the company's long-term success. This includes analytical reports and presentations which will help the team deliver actionable insights to senior leadership, influencing strategic workforce decisions.
**Who you are:**
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
* Experienced and skilled with MS Office (incl. PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
* Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Finance or other
* Fluent in English and German
* Analytical skills and or statistical knowledge – can easily interpret and organize data
* Positive attitude and proactiveness
*Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.*
*Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.*
