The Liaison Management team is part of the Customer Engagement Advisory organization. While always working towards the CEA Mission, the Liaison Management team is also responsible for these topics:
* Driving People and Change Management projects as well as Communication activities within CEA
* Developing internal enablement initiatives to optimally support our customers and customer-facing roles
* Creating internal customer success stories as well as external customer references as a key success factor to establish SAP as the leading software company supporting customers on their journey to become an Intelligent Enterprise
* Contributing to global cross-board initiatives and supporting CEA-specific projects such as the Continuous Evolution Program (CEP), the Support Excellence Initiative or the Customer Center of Expertise (CCOE) program
**What you’ll do:**
Position title: SAP Liaison Management Team iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Services & Support References Data Analysis & Reporting
Work Area: Customer Service and Support
Location: Walldorf (remote work possible within Germany)
Expected start date: August 1st, 2025 (8 weeks)
**In this role, you’ll:**
* Support the quarterly Supervisory Board Reporting by gathering and analysing Services & Support References data.
* Create dashboards & improvement recommendations based on collected data
* Support project-related controlling activities within the Customer Engagement Advisory initiatives.
**Who you are:**
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
* Computer skills: MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Language skills: Fluent written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
* Soft skills: The ability to work in a global team with a multicultural nature, analytical thinking, focus on quality and results, open personality, and professional communication style
* Others: Previous experience in the area of finance, controlling, analytics, or project management is a plus
