**In this role, you’ll:**
* Support the Business Operations COO team with day-to-day business operations.
* Analysis and support for strategic and operational steering, including supporting with the LOB Reporting for Private Cloud unit.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize operations processes and enhance collaboration platforms, mainly using Power Apps, AI / automation.
* Strategic Insights: Gain a deep understanding of SAP’s Private Cloud business, its strategies, operations, services, solutions, and organizational structure.
* Analytical Support: Provide comprehensive analysis and support for strategic and operational decision-making.
