Anforderungen

•Initiative, perseverance, and curiosity
•Current enrollment in Business, Information Systems, Economics, Management, or related field
•Experience with structured work, analysis, or coordination tasks
•Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
•Ability to analyze information and structure content clearly
•Experience with Teams, SharePoint, OneNote
•Exposure to product development, tech organizations, or process improvement work
•C1 English proficiency, B1+ German optional
•Structured thinking, curiosity, reliability, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently while coordinating across teams
•Working from the Walldorf office required, approx. twice per week

•Prepare briefs and materials for leadership meetings
•Improve Product & Engineering processes like planning cycles and reporting
•Track cross-team initiatives across Engineering and Product Management
•Conduct independent research on product and industry topics
•Assist with organizational planning and stakeholder alignment
