# SAP Business Transformation & Architecture Consultant (f/m/d) **The Role** At BT&A, we act as trusted advisors and support our customers with their cloud transformation projects both from a business perspective as well as the corresponding IT capabilities. Together we help customers in the private and public sector solve their most pressing digitization topics. In BT&A you work with a variety of experts in a multi-disciplinary environment of highly motivated and experienced colleagues. You increase the customer’s value by: * Develop and put into practice business capabilities and IT-strategies towards a digital transformation * Prepare investment decisions based on value assessments and business case examinations (WHY) * Develop best-fit SAP cloud platform and application architecture (WHAT) followed by transformation roadmaps in close collaboration with process and solution experts (HOW) * Support large customer transformation processes as a transformation manager and adviser For our Swiss branch with a focus on the local market we are looking for an experienced SAP generalist to join our local team of Business Transformation & Architecture as part of a regional team (Switzerland & Central and Eastern Europe). **Role Responsibilities** We are looking for advisory minded colleagues with solid industry, process and SAP product and architecture experience from a multi-national environment to guide deciders. As a BT&A consultant, you advise customers on how to develop and implement business processes and IT strategies towards digital transformation. Fluency in both **German and English** is required. In addition to your wide SAP product and architecture knowledge, you should have a good understanding of industry and IT trends as well as business and processes.
