## Salesforce Functional Consultant (m/w/d) | Wetzlar / Berlin / München / Villingen / Home-Office ###### Permanent employee, Full-time ·Wetzlar,Berlin, München, Remote, Villingen-Schwenningen --- ##### Deine Aufgaben * Verantwortung als technische(r) Expert:in und Teilprojektleiter:in im funktionalen Bereich für die Übersetzung der Kundenanforderungen und des Solution Designs in umsetzbares Backlog im Multiprojektumfeld * Durchführung von Workshops und Abstimmungsmeetings mit Kunden zur Anforderungsaufnahme und -validierung * Ganzheitliche technische Beratung im Kontext des Kunden * Pflege des Backlog in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Solution Development Team * Zügige Klärung von Fragen aus dem Solution Development Team und Unterstützung mit Fachwissen im Rahmen der Umsetzung * Fungieren als Bindeglied zwischen Kunden und Solution Development Team ##### Dein Profil * Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Vertiefte Erfahrungen in Salesforce-Projekten (mindestens in einer Salesforce Cloud) * Vertiefte Erfahrung im Implementieren von Salesforce Funktionalität * Kontinuierlicher Wissensaufbau anhand des Salesforce Releasezykluses * Betriebswirtschaftliches Grundverständnis * Kenntnisse in der Prozessanalyse und -modellierung * Erfahrung als Product Owner inklusive Story Writing * Kenntnisse in den verschiedenen Projektmanagement-Methoden (agil, Wasserfall) * Teamwork steht für dich im Vordergrund und du teilst dein Wissen aktiv mit Kolleg:innen * Fähigkeit zum teamorientierten Arbeiten mit Fokus auf Wissensaustausch und -weiterentwicklung * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ##### Your mission * Responsibility as technical expert and sub-project manager in the functional area for the translation of customer requirements and the solution design into a feasible backlog in a multi-project environment * Conducting workshops and coordination meetings with customers to record and validate requirements * Holistic technical consulting in the context of the customer * Maintaining the backlog in close cooperation with customers and the solution development team * Rapid clarification of questions from the Solution Development Team and support with specialist knowledge during implementation * Acting as a link between the customer and the Solution Development Team ##### Your profile * Successfully completed studies or comparable qualification * In-depth experience in Salesforce projects (at least in a Salesforce Cloud) * In-depth experience in implementing Salesforce functionality * Continuous knowledge development based on the Salesforce release cycle * Basic understanding of business administration * Knowledge of process analysis and modeling * Experience as a product owner including story writing * Knowledge of the various project management methods (agile, waterfall) * Teamwork is a priority for you and you actively share your knowledge with colleagues * Ability to work in a team-oriented manner with a focus on knowledge exchange and development * Business fluent in German and English
