You will report to our Manager CRM & Loyalty located in Geneva.
In this role, we offer a hybrid setup with 4 days onsite in Geneva and Fridays from home.
**Here are some of exciting tasks awaiting you:**
* Participate in the entire software development cycle – requirements analysis, design and development, unit testing and documentation
* Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows
* Customize Sales & Service Cloud to support client-specific business processes
* Automate workflows using both declarative and programmatic tools
* Perform data modeling, data manipulation, and integration with external systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to exchange ideas and continuously improve
* Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team
* Contribute to testing and quality assurance through automated test coverage
* Take ownership of components and support project delivery
**A mix of the following is the person we are looking for:**
* 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
* Solid understanding of data modeling, JSON/XML, and version control (e.g., Git)
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cloud environments (preferably Salesforce)
* Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and tools like Visual Studio Code
* Agile mindset and experience across the software development lifecycle
