# Salesforce CTO Switzerland - Managing Solution - Delivery Architect (German-speaker) ## SALESFORCE CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER - MANAGING SOLUTION - DELIVERY ARCHITECT (GERMAN-SPEAKER) ## YOUR ROLE As a Salesforce CTO, you will be the driving force behind Salesforce practice in Switzerland, shaping the technical vision for our Salesforce practice, ensuring solutions are crafted to meet the highest standards, but also lead the delivery of Salesforce projects. At the same time, you’ll help grow our market presence by pitching Salesforce capabilities to clients, especially in the manufacturing sector, and identifying new business opportunities. You'll play a key role in crafting and validating complex multi-cloud strategies while mentoring junior architects and technical leads to elevate their skills. Collaborating with global teams, you'll help refine our Salesforce delivery approach and position Capgemini as the trusted partner for cutting-edge Salesforce solutions in the Swiss market. Your key responsibilities include: * Acting as a Senior Solution Architect on Salesforce projects delivered out of Switzerland, collaborating with junior architects and technical leads to help them analyze business requirements, translating them into solutions using the Salesforce platform; * Being responsible for validating the solutions proposed to our clients, determine required resources, and set a realistic schedule for project delivery. Support our account teams by working closely with clients to understand their requirements and propose an appropriate Salesforce offering; * Providing technical thought leadership on our proposals and help shape the technical vision of our Swiss Salesforce practice; * Collaborating with our global network of senior Salesforce architects to share our overall technical expertise with our Swiss practice, but also provide feedback to our global Salesforce delivery vision; * Working in global development work streams often with junior members of the team both offshore and onshore; * Maintaining effective client relations – working with senior client stakeholders on complex requirements; * Providing mentoring and sharing knowledge of the Salesforce with others, especially junior members of the team. ## YOUR PROFILE * More than 7 years of Salesforce delivery experience, with at least 3 years working as a Salesforce Solution architect; * Holder of relevant architecture Salesforce certificate (i.e. Application Architect, System Architect, B2C Architect, etc); * Proven experience delivering complex, multi-cloud projects and working with senior client stakeholders; * Ability to analyze complex project requirements and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions, including advice on the Salesforce products and other solution components required to deliver the project; * Experience estimating complex project work; * Managed distributed technical delivery teams; * Previous experience working for clients from the Healthcare, Life Science, Manufacturing or Consumer Products Retail sectors will be an advantage. ## WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE? •    Craft your own career path through continuous learning and personal growth; •    Experience the benefits of hybrid working, offering flexibility and ensuring work-life balance; •    Harness the strength of diverse teams, fostering innovation and inclusive collaboration; •    We offer additional benefits such as 5 weeks of vacation, Employee referral bonus, Company shares program and Annual contribution to a fitness subscription.
