**We count on you for these tasks:**
* Secure and develop/increase distribution based on the strategies developed for the region, in terms of brand building, assortment, pricing, presence, marketing.
* Achievement of all planned sales \& profit targets in assigned region, including: Develop strong relationships with strategic distributors/Wholesalers to achieve common business objectives. Ensure professional and consistent project follow\-up. Build strong sales/project pipelines and monitor the competition. Set up of customer target and development plans, specific actions, and activities for our customers.
* Implement field sales \& marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and to build strong brand image among local sales channels and strategic target groups.
* Plan and conduct sales activities, clients visiting, partner meetings and Product seminars etc.; produce, maintain, and update related materials, sales reports, CRM database etc.
* Mediate conflicts and well allocate resource during business development and ensure transparent company rules (Commercial policies, sales conditions/pricing principle, promotions etc) among different business partners, wholesalers, distributors or installers in assigned region.
**What we expect:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Sales, marketing, business or related fields.
* At least 2\-3 years’ professional experience in project \& channel sales or business development, preferably gained from Sanitary or durable consumer products industries.
* Communicative, strong networking and storytelling skills to establish professional relationship and inspire customers.
* Excellent at negotiating, strong conflict handing, ad\-hoc negotiation and sales closing skills cross different decision makers.
* Comfortable with digital tools/CRM/Salesforce, and well leveraging data \& insights to shape effective field sales action plans and maximize sales results.
* Proactive, quick learner/thinker, be well capable of solving complex sales issues/problems under pressure.
* Active team player, good at collaboration with cross\-functional teams.
* Comfortable to frequent travel across assigned sales region.
* Desire to develop personally and engage in lifelong learning opportunities. Be open to expanding your job scope either internationally or into broader sales functions, Key Account Management, E\-Commerce Marketplace, Regional development, etc.
