**YOUR TASKS:**
* **Lead Pipeline Management**
Support pipeline meetings, lead management and reporting by defining and tracking KPIs, managing dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to support strategies decision-making.
* **Drive Sales Growth Target Planning**
Support growth initiatives by breaking down strategies to actionable growth targets on regional and account management level.
* **Drive Sales Enablement**
Support territory and headcount planning, and equip teams with tools, training, and onboarding programs.
* **Coordinate Tools, Incentives & Collaboration**
Implement new sales technologies, manage compensation programs, and foster alignment between sales, leadership, and other departments.
* **Optimize Sales Processes**
Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes to drive sales growth, efficiency and align cross-functional teams like marketing, product management, operations and finance.
**WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:**
Technical Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
* ~5+ years of experience in sales or sales operations, preferably within the packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
* Proven track record of supporting sales teams and driving operational efficiency.
* Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
* Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies.
Personal Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with sales, finance, and executive leadership.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
* Strong enabler to drive processes and projects
