Anforderungen
- •Passion for aviation, luxury travel, or premium customer experiences
- •Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or CRM management
- •Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and customer lifecycle management
- •Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into commercial action
- •Experience in aviation, hospitality, or other high-end service sectors
- •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a fast, proactive mindset

- •Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications
- •Collaborate with Business Operations to align commercial commitments with operational excellence
- •Support Customer Operations for a smooth client journey from inquiry to flight
- •Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and accountability across the organization
- •Champion CRM as a strategic tool for customer insight and business growth
- •Maintain and improve data quality for a reliable source of truth
- •Drive CRM adoption and utilization across teams
- •Translate customer data into actionable insights for marketing, sales, and service excellence
