Our **Consumer Goods** segment within **Sales Europe Central** is looking for a motivated **Sales Manager (m/f/d)**.
In this role, you’ll dive into the fast-paced world of consumer goods – with plenty of room for personal development, real impact, and a strong internal network at Outokumpu.
You’ll work closely with key departments such as Operations, Supply Chain Management, R&D, Technical Value Creation, Finance, and Marketing – playing an active role in taking our sales performance to the next level.
**Your Impact:**
* Provide customer service to clients in White Goods, Sink & Food, and Catering sectors.
* Develop and implement strategic customer engagement plans.
* Promote and sell Outokumpu’s products and services.
* Execute sales strategy and contribute to strategic projects.
* Handle customer inquiries and manage offers and contracts.
* Ensure technical feasibility and track offers until order placement.
* Lead contract negotiations and acquire new customers.
* Implement strategies to regain customers and boost satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends and participate in industry events.
**What you bring:**
