## Sales Engineer
We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to join forces with Corn, one of our key contributors leading partnerships.
This is a partner-centric role — you’ll be the technical and strategic counterpart in discussions, ensuring Yearn captures the right opportunities and no partner conversations fall through the cracks.
Important: This is not a cold sales or hunter role. There’s plenty of deal flow. Your focus will be on qualifying, structuring, and advancing partnership conversations.
**Responsibilities**
* Act as Corn’s technical and strategic wingman in all partner discussions.
* Help qualify and prioritize leads, ensuring alignment with Yearn’s roadmap and TVL goals.
* Spot new product opportunities and integrations and help piece them together internally.
* Attend conferences, Twitter Spaces, and events as Yearn’s technical voice.
* Support Corn in tracking and achieving TVL targets (Corn owns the KPIs).
* Ensure follow-ups and partner communications stay on point.
## Requirements
* Strong understanding of DeFi protocols and primitives, and how Yearn fits in the stack.
* TradFi background with crypto exposure is ideal.
* Ability to connect technical capabilities with partner needs and business strategy.
* Comfortable operating in DAO-native, trust-based environments where contributors prove themselves.
* Willingness to engage with the community on Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and IRL at events.
