Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of related work/sales experience in technical or process related industry
  • Demonstrated success/aptitude in industrial business to business
  • Hands-on experience with procurement
  • Experience utilizing a CRM tool and/or other reporting functions
  • Passion for providing high level of customer service
  • In-depth understanding of Noise and Vibration treatment
  • Proven ability to manage difficult customer situations
  • Mechanical aptitude and business acumen
  • Ability to build relationships and sell technical solutions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of market and competition
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion
  • Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills using various software applications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Power Bi, Visual, ERP, and CRM Systems
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
  • German mother tongue and English very fluent
  • Ability to positively interact and work collaboratively
  • Demonstrated commitment to personal professional development
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed

  • Set final prices and margins for new products
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activities
  • Develop and prepare customer stocking agreements
  • Review agreements versus actual performance quarterly
  • Assist in resolving customer accounts receivable issues
  • Present technical information to customers as needed
  • Meet or exceed sales and profit targets
  • Strategize with management on sales tactics
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers
  • Field customer calls and respond efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations
  • Gather data and prepare reports or presentations
  • Visit customers for sales and training purposes
  • Research and resolve customer problems and requests
  • Document customer complaints and feedback promptly
  • Initiate returns and credits when necessary
  • Coordinate with customer service and operations for order fulfillment
  • Utilize CRM for trip reporting and communication
  • Ensure accurate and timely travel expense reporting
  • Report to the European Business Manager
