##### About The Role
We’re looking for a Superstar Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in our Berlin office.

##### What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
* Be the face of UXCam in generating outbound leads through the sales process, by researching & qualifying new opportunities, engaging via phone, email, and social
* Conduct discovery calls with potential customers to identify their needs/challenges and generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives, and advise them on how UXCam can help them with a consultative sales approach
* Become a product & industry expert in all things mobile & web analytics, staying up to date on news & trends
* Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and your peers to strategize your outbound campaigns and approaches, to engage with key decision makers
* Maintain & update customer information and activities in our CRM (Hubspot). Using other tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay etc. and others to research leads
##### What You’ll Need to Succeed at this role
* You have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales development in for mid market & enterprise companies, within SaaS
* Fluent written and verbal English communication skills (additional European languages highly beneficial)
* You thrive in an autonomous work environment, are a stickler for organization to manage your day to day.
* You are comfortable engaging senior level stakeholders and aren’t phased by rejection
* You have experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, and Apollo
* Coachability - you’re always looking for ways to improve and are happy to give feedback as much as your receive it
* Bonus points: Experience in and passion for startups
* You must have the right to work in Germany - no visa sponsorship can be provided for this role
