Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)

Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for building connections, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth? Aareon Verwaltung, our business unit dedicated to serving Property Managers (third-party administrators and homeowners associations), is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) to join our team.

Your Tasks:

Inbound Lead Qualification:

  • Follow up on inbound leads, assess their needs, and conduct discovery calls

  • Collaborate with marketing to understand lead sources and nurture campaigns

Outbound Prospecting:

  • Conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage potential customers

  • Research target accounts and decision-makers, focusing on warmed-up prospects

Cold Calling and Outreach:

  • Generate new leads through cold calls and personalized outreach strategies

  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate our value proposition

Pipeline Development:

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure seamless handovers to the sales team

  • Work with account executives to prioritize high-quality opportunities and meet quotas

Collaboration and Improvement:

  • Partner with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies

  • Analyze performance, share insights, and stay updated on industry trends

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, sales, marketing, or comparable commercial training

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, or a related role

  • Proven success in identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers, with a focus on building long-term relationships

  • Strong communication skills with a passion for customer interaction and a service-oriented mindset

  • Results-driven with a resilient, motivated attitude to excel in a dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce; experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus

  • A structured, independent work style with a high degree of initiative and accountability

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
