Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or comparable subject
  • Initial client exposure in previous internship/roles
  • Familiarity with CRM software tools (Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Familiarity with sales automation and intelligence tools (Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, HeyReach, Gong)
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales and customer needs
  • Constant user and explorer of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)
  • Native or C2-level German and strong English skills
  • Self-motivated and resilient
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Drive to sell with discipline and initiative
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously
  • Comfort with AI tools and willingness to experiment
  • Team-first mentality with flexibility to lead or support

Deine Aufgaben

  • Research target accounts and identify key personas
  • Execute outbound prospecting to generate leads
  • Analyze competitive activity and market trends
  • Leverage LinkedIn for social listening to uncover opportunities
  • Design and monitor automated multi-channel outbound systems
  • Initiate personalized conversations with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Draft cold emails and LinkedIn messages for outreach efforts
  • Qualify and follow up on inbound leads
  • Collaborate with marketing to nurture leads through the sales cycle
  • Articulate the value of the SaaS product during discovery calls
  • Summarize and manage lead handovers with detailed reports
  • Collaborate with the go-to-market team on outreach strategies
  • Maintain and enrich CRM data for accurate reporting
  • Produce weekly sales insights and performance reports
  • Develop sales assets with marketing, including presentations and outreach sequences
