•1–3 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience in SaaS, RegTech, or financial services
•Strong communication and consultative prospecting skills
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Comfort with making outbound calls and engaging new prospects
•High motivation, organization, and goal-driven attitude
•Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

•Identify and engage prospects in banking, lending, fintech, insurance, and other regulated industries
•Map target accounts and decision-makers within compliance, risk, and operations teams
•Qualify inbound leads against Aryza’s Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
•Execute multi-channel outreach to generate interest and secure discovery meetings
•Position Aryza’s solutions as enablers of compliance efficiency and improved customer experience
•Partner with Account Executives to hand over qualified opportunities with detailed prospect intelligence
•Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and messaging based on lead quality feedback
•Track and report daily activity, pipeline progress, and opportunity creation in the CRM
•Meet or exceed activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets consistently
