  • Coordinate sales activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop relationships with key customer contacts
  • Manage product launches in compliance with legislation
  • Evaluate events for feasibility and internal impact
  • Formalize trading conditions with customers
  • Communicate contracts and services for feasibility and profitability
  • Provide administrative support to Key Account Management
  • Input product prices and changes in SAP
  • Validate selling prices and taxes in SAP
  • Confirm individual product contracts and prices with customers
  • Update price list database for all customers
  • Send updated tariff price lists to customers
  • Input and follow up on commercial agreements in SAP
  • Support KAM and technical support during contract negotiations
  • Enter purchasing orders in SAP after contract confirmation
  • Maintain follow-up files as needed
  • Follow up on problematic invoices and payments
  • Encode logistics sheets and information in customer portal
  • Complete supplier data in customer portal
  • Compile customer statistics
  • Create and update customer identity cards
  • Order product samples as needed
  • Assist in preparing for customer visits
  • Participate in commercial meetings when required
  • Interpret customer briefs for accurate quotations
  • Handle price offers and ensure proper documentation flow
  • Provide product-related information and samples to customers
  • Manage local product launch processes
  • Organize briefing meetings for product launches
  • Fill in article creation forms for product launches
  • Request necessary codes from customers for product launches
  • Verify delivery data and communicate with stakeholders
  • Translate product briefs into project plans
  • Manage project plans from launch to events process
  • Keep project information updated in technical portal
  • Follow up on product development processes
  • Request production samples and ensure timely delivery
  • Manage late launches and propose solutions
  • Oversee local promotions from start to finish
  • Execute feasibility studies for promotions
  • Obtain and communicate forecasts for promotions
  • Ensure follow-up on promotion activities
  • Manage end-of-stock situations during promotions
