##### Your role
As a **Sales & Category Manager (m/f/d)**, you'll take ownership of the **total revenue growth** of our rapidly expanding functional tea line – with a strong strategic focus on scaling our **Therapists & Doctors Network (TAN)**.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and our sister companies, leveraging proven sales structures while driving your own initiatives. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of **wellness, healthcare, FMCG**, and **product innovation** – with real ownership and room to grow.
**So, what can you expect to work on?**
* **Own revenue growth** for our functional teas by identifying and activating growth levers across **existing and new channels and customer segments**.
* **Integrate and leverage the existing TAN network**: Connect Yoshi en to our sister company’s established network and build strong partnerships with therapists and healthcare professionals to drive the business.
* **Develop the product portfolio** together with product development by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities through market research and competitive benchmarking.
* **Support strategic planning and operations** through pricing, positioning, and market intelligence.
* **Lead and coordinate integrated campaigns** across DTC, influencer events and healthcare touchpoints.
* **Collaborate cross-functionally** with marketing, operations and sister companies to align go-to-market strategies.
##### Your profile
* **5+ years of experience** in sales, trade marketing, or category management – ideally in **FMCG, e-commerce, wellness**, or **healthcare**.
* A **strong commercial mindset** and demonstrated success in driving revenue and category growth.
* Experience with **DTC e-commerce** and digital marketing (e.g. Google Shopping, influencer campaigns, events, PR).
* Proven ability to **lead and collaborate across functions** in fast-paced environments.
* **Excellent communication skills** – fluent in **German and English**.
* **Analytical, hands-on, and pragmatic** – with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
