# Sales Business Planning Specialist (m/f/d) Location: Offenbach, Hesse, DE, 63067 Department: Performance Management Employment Type: Permanent ## Role Summary: As a **Sales Business Planning Expert (m/f/d)**, you will drive business analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and support project success. You will assess risks, develop business cases, and ensure seamless implementation of solutions. Your role includes planning, reporting, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and decision-making. ## We want you to: * Collaborate in establishing Hyundai Motor Europe's (HME) official annual Sales Business Plan and monthly operational plans. * Develop market-specific annual sales plans based on new product launches and market demand, covering production, shipment, wholesale, retail, and stock management. * Engage in frequent negotiations and decision-making with manufacturing plants, sales subsidiaries, HME teams (Sales Operation & Product Planning), and Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) Headquarters. * Formulate operational plans by market/model, optimizing sales performance with a holistic approach. * Support the preparation of top management reports related to the annual sales business plan in English. * Establish HME’s official mid-term (10-year) Sales Business Plan annually, serving as a strategic blueprint for future business. * Define mid-term sales plans per market/model, aligning with long-range product planning and market demands. * Continuously update future sales forecasts by market, model, and powertrain type to adapt to evolving customer needs. * Assist in preparing top management reports on mid-term sales business planning in English. * Act as a bridge between sales operations and product planning on key product and sales issues. * Stay achievement-oriented, driving results and continuous improvement. * Be a strong team player, adaptable to others, and supportive of coworkers. * Persuade and influence stakeholders with compelling arguments. * Demonstrate self-awareness, insight, and adaptability. ## About you: * Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analysis and reporting * Strong ability to communicate insights and craft compelling narratives from raw data * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint * Highly proficient in Excel * Ability to navigate complex situations and problem-solve * Skilled in operational planning (Supply, Shipment, Wholesale, Retail, Stock Management) * Familiarity with European automotive industry trends, including electrification, is a plus * Understanding of the automotive product planning cycle is appreciated * Strong reporting and presentation skills ## We offer: * A highly competitive salary and benefits package * Flexible working hours and hybrid work policy * Continued learning and professional development * Car sharing and car lease mobility program * Daily complimentary lunch at the office canteen and subsidized breakfast snacks * Free access to the company gym * Opportunities to join company sporting clubs including tennis, soccer, yoga and golf. * Highly international working environment **Job Segment:** Retail Sales, Sales Operations, Business Analyst, MBA, Retail, Technology, Sales, Automotive, Management
