**In this role you will:**
* Join Alstom’s most innovative division – Digital and Integrated Systems (D&IS) and join a community of more than 13k passionate people from various backgrounds
* Support the Sales & Business Development Team for Central & Northern Europe in every aspect of their work
* Support the commercial monitoring activities with the help of Salesforce.com and synthesize the key highlights via MS365 tools (Excel/PPT/Power BI)
* Work closely with the local Sales team to secure data quality and monitor the commercial performance of the organization
* Be the go-to person with respect to changes related to Salesforce.com
* Take responsibility of the monthly preparation and distribution of the latest sales pipeline report needed for workload capacity planning and footprint decisions
* Respond to a big portion of ad-hoc requests, often related to some sort of data crunching or analysis to be performed
* Maintain and expand our Commercial Dashboard on PowerBI, incl. KPI Reporting
* Support upon request Communication/Marketing elements: e.g. Webinar / Customer Event / Forums / Events / App / Brochure
* Govern event participation together with the Business Development team and be the key contact for professional articles in newspapers
