# Sales Audit Associate **Manno** | **Full time** **Job Title:** Sales Audit Associate **Location:** Manno **Division:** Finance **Reporting to**: Supervisor, Sales Audit and Accounts Receivable **Department overview:** The Sales Audit team is part of the Finance Division within Michael Kors and responsible for the review and reconciliation of the sales activity for retail, e-commerce and concession locations as well as supporting strategic business enhancements. **Who You Are:** You are energetic, reliable, self-motivated with an analytical and hands-on mindset. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment and are capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a demanding environment. **What You’ll Do:** Major responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Reconcile bank accounts, sales and reporting * Retail/ECOM sales accounting bookings and reconciliations * Tax audits and inspections * Fraud, loss and prevention checks * Bank accounts statements processing and reconciliation * Review and respond to chargeback notifications * Manage, monitor and archive the stores’ fiscal documentation * Provide turnover declarations to landlords and support in case of audits * Support the period-end closure process and related bookings * Ad-hoc projects support **You’ll Need to Have:** * Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken). * Business school or Bachelor’s degree * Minimum of 1 year experience in a finance department * Good knowledge of Excel * Knowledge of Trintech Reconnet, Aptos or Qlik are a plus * Good knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA) is a plus **We’d Love to See:** * Collaboration * Curiosity * Proactivity * Communication * Driving Results * Entrepreneurial mindset **MK Perks:** Our purpose is to make all employees and customers #FeelGreat with Michael Kors. When you join our business, we want you to feel like a valued member of the team from Day 1.
