ROLE DESCRIPTION
For our Store in Metzingen, we are looking for a **Sales Assistant** with previous experience in the same role, gained in fashion companies.
The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing excellent sales service and guaranteeing an excellent customer satisfaction. They must also deal with daily store operations in compliance with the standards set by the company.
We are looking to meet candidates that have the experience and skills required to take responsibility for the following:
* Provide all customers with an outstanding service giving advice on the products, assisting with their shopping experience
* Work closely with the Team in order to create the Customer Experience
* Work closely with the Team in order to build Customer Loyalty
* In accordance with the Store Manager’s instructions, ensure the store is on track with regards to sales targets
