## Job Description
As part of a temporary replacement, we're looking for our future colleague to join our team of 8 Inside Sales! Reporting to Yvonne, the Inside Sales Manager, you will be available to join the team as soon as possible.
**YOUR ROLE AT SIXT**
* Based in Basel (sedentary position), your role will be to accompany and support the field sales team in their mission to develop existing customers, as well as in the context of invitations to tender and the implementation of new customers
* You will complete all the administrative and pricing aspects of invitations to tender
* You will manage and maintain a portfolio of existing customers, via telephone calls and emails
* You will have excellent interpersonal skills with your customers
* You will identify customers' needs and priorities in order to propose solutions that meet their expectations
* You will monitor framework contracts, SLAs and Bonus Agreements
* You will work closely and collaboratively with the various SIXT departments
* You will be responsible for implementing tailor-made requests for certain specific customers, ensuring full follow-up (internal and external communication, activity monitoring, implementation support)
* You will ensure regular follow-up with our accounting and billing department
* You will define specific follow-up action plans for each customer.
**YOUR SKILLS COUNT**
* You have proven experience in sales or consultancy with a professional clientele (B2B)
* You have a Sales qualification and/or professional experience in a similar position
* You are highly organised and able to work independently
* You are curious, tenacious and persuasive, while being results-oriented
* You are comfortable using MS Office and ideally CRM tools (SalesForce would be a plus)
* You are a good communicator, both orally and in writing (good spelling required)
* You enjoy working in a team on medium and long-term projects
* You are fluent in English (minimum B2 level required), fluent in french and german is a big plus.
