- •Senior experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
- •Strong operational background in demand generation, go-to-market execution, and revenue operations
- •Demonstrated ability to deliver results in lean environments
- •Deep familiarity with modern sales and marketing tools
- •Proven track record of measurable commercial outcomes
- •Comfortable operating across multiple companies

- •Practical, direct, and action-oriented with strong ownership
- •Collaborative, approachable, and able to build trust quickly

- •Demonstrated leadership in adopting new technologies
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Additional European languages are a plus
- •Primary focus on DACH + UK, responsibility across Rest of Europe
- •Location flexible within Europe, ideally Germany, UK, Netherlands
- •Application in English, Banyan Software's business language
