- •Knowledge of European lending market and industries’ needs

- •15+ years of experience in corporate lending or structured finance
- •Ability to work effectively in an international matrix organisation
- •Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
- •Proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
- •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- •Based in Germany
