## Roll-out Architect (all gender) #### Purpose of the position Project One One is creating new ways of working within the whole Intersnack group by harmonising business processes, which are supported by a common IT solution stack. Currently, a team consisting of more than 20 nationalities and 100+ colleagues work in the project to achieve this goal. The holder of this position is supposed to drive the application of Intersnack’s ONE template – consisting of business processes and the enabling Infor-based IT solution – across all countries and organisations of the Intersnack Group by applying the technical standards to the highest possible degree. The Rollout Architect will support the Rollout team with technical expertise on the solution stack to implement the template with as few localisations as possible. He will assess the need for change in terms of validity and technical feasibility. He will also support to identify solutions on local requirements making use of the current template standards. To support timely go-lives the holder of this position will drive the definition of workarounds, which he will than resolve in a Post-Go Live phase prior to the closure of the project. He will work closely with the central Architect team to ensure that all technical standards are met. He is also the key driver to define and defend the scope of the rollout project jointly with the Project Manager, the local start-up manager as well as the central rollout team and the local implementation leads. The Rollout Architect will support the rollout managers to write functional specifications for required changes to the template and later enhance these with the required technical elements to ensure that the developer will deliver the desired outcome. Furthermore will the rollout Architect identify technical limitations of the template and address them with the correct central teams in order to get them resolved. #### Responsibilities You lead and deliver the scope of rollouts, with a clear aim to limit the number of localisations across the Intersnack Group. Within that assigned scope: 1. Drive the ONE template implementation across the group in line with the overall roll-out plan – get the countries and organisations transitioned to the defined ways of working 2. Define resolutions for current existing localisations to further strengthen the template approach 3. Define and defend the scope of the rollout project 4. Support the rollout team to define and resolve work arounds that are required to ensure a timely go-live 5. Overcome technical boundaries by defining sound technical solutions 6. Jointly with the local team integrate to local solutions that are not covered by the template 7. Support the local implementation team to transition from mostly on-premise hosted software applications to a multi-tenant cloud environment by creating awareness of the required changes to the ways of working 8. Ensure that all business processes are supported by adequate technical and software based solutions 9. Support the rollout team do write Functional Specifications from a business perspective to identify solutions bridging gaps in the application of the ONE template within the local organisation 10. Add the technical required details to the functional specifications to enable fast approvals and timely builds 11. Document all work to project defined standards within standard document templates and use tools such as JIRA and SharePoint to monitor actions, update documents and manage workload #### Scope of Authorisation The holders of this position will define, apply and continuously improve the realisation approach in line with the overall programme’s guidelines and in agreement with the Programme Architect and the central architect team – fulfilling the overall programme target. ## Requirements #### Education * University degree in Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Business Administration – or similar experience #### #### Experience * Approx. 8 to 15 years work experience in IT or (In house) Consulting * FMCG (ideally food) experience is a plus * 5+ years experience with CloudSuite Food & Bev #### Qualifications (certificates): * IT or architecture related qualifications such as TOGAF or ITIL would be desirable #### Skills required for the job (soft measures): * **Leadership / Communication** * Lead a team of expert without direct reporting lines * Proven experience in international template rollout projects with regards to technical realisation * Sound understanding of architectural principles and requirements in a multinational, multi-tenant cloud environment. * Ability to facilitate discussions between IT and business with a strong focus on result delivery * **Others** * Hands on, can do attitude * Experience working at a multi-country organisation – ideally in the Food or fast-moving consumer goods industry * Self-starter with an ambition to get things done * Strong result orientation * Good facilitation and communication skills #### #### Skills required for the job (hard measures): * **Analytical / Problem Solving** * Experience in implementing a complex, integrated IT landscape supported by processes in a multi-national context * Proven experience in applying technical standards * Proven experience in writing functional and technical specifications * Experience with multi-tenant cloud applications * **Others** * Sound MS Office skills * Fluent spoken and written English is a must any further language spoken within Intersnack is considered a plus #### Primary contacts within Intersnack * Programme Architect * Interface Architect * Technical competence centre for template applications * Project Manager * Rollout Manager from the different business areas * Local Start-up Manager * Group solution owners #### Contacts outside the organization * Implementation consultants * Solution Developers * Solution Architects * Local solution providers, such as EDI broker or Warehouse management systems **Willing to travel – expected level of travel of this position is 80% / week.**
