  • •Lead the LH production team of approximately 20 technicians, engineers, and supervisors
  • •Manage and monitor activities in the Upstream and Downstream production suites
  • •Ensure API production meets established schedules and quality standards
  • •Comply with applicable safety standards
  • •Drive a results-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement
  • •Engage and develop employees to foster a thriving work environment
  • •Establish and execute production plans to deliver API volumes on time
  • •Identify and mitigate risks to ensure flawless production activities
  • •Monitor adherence to budget and prioritize efficiency projects
