- •Several years of experience in revenue operations, financial planning & analysis, or commercial analytics, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
- •Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategy
- •Advanced analytical skills with experience designing dashboards and reporting frameworks
- •Excellent communication skills bridging financial rigor with commercial execution

Deine Aufgaben
- •Take ownership of Revenue Operations
- •Ensure commercial clarity and accountability across all markets
- •Empower Country Heads to manage local performance
- •Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes at the market level
- •Align budgeting with Business Control and ensure consistency across regions
- •Lead the pricing review process across countries
- •Balance local competitiveness with group-wide profitability goals
- •Execute price adjustments in coordination with Country Heads
- •Develop and maintain granular dashboards at the country level
- •Provide transparent insights into KPIs such as ARR, NRR, CAC, churn, ARPU, gross adds, sales-led growth, and lead CVR
- •Ensure performance transparency for all stakeholders
- •Enable data-driven decision-making
- •Translate market and competitive insights into actionable recommendations
- •Coordinate resource allocation across group.one regions and central functions
- •Ensure accurate support tracking for one.com teams
- •Collaborate closely with central marketing and sales functions
