Req ID:484571 **Job Title: Retrofit Coordinator** **Position Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Retrofit Coordinator to lead our cross-functional team. The Retrofit Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of changes and coordinating efforts among various stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the Cross Functional Team to ensure that all changes are executed on time. * Collaborate with production and PrOM/COO to ensure that the retrofit planning is adhered to or adjusted as necessary. * Coordinate with PrQSM/Supplier Quality to facilitate changes to be executed by the Participating Units or Suppliers. * Report on the execution of changes at CCB-I. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles. * Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices. * Familiarity with industrialization processes and methods. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
