(S)He is responsible for defining and implementing the training strategy and action plans for training activities, nurturing a learning culture in line with the Maison's values. This role's responsibility is to empower local teams to support and grow performance, improve customer experience and communicate the values and culture of the Maison. (S)He will be responsible for implementing and maintaining in the Germany market the training strategy developed by Van Cleef & Arpels International & supported by the Europe region, with the purpose of nurturing excellence throughout German boutiques, while being a permanent & consistent support of its business performance.
