Anforderungen

  • •Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Management, or Construction Studies
  • •Experience in construction or architecture industry with knowledge of technical and legal matters
  • •High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D visualisation software
  • •Ability to work well with all levels across the business and customers
  • •Good communication skills
  • •Ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
  • •Ability to work as a team and independently
  • •Excellent organization skills and ability to work under pressure
  • •Fluency in English and German, any other language beneficial

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Coordinate fit-out process for new store openings and re-merchandising initiatives
  • •Liaise with internal departments on shop-fit related matters
  • •Gather feedback from internal management on shop-fit proposals
  • •Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and building regulations during execution
  • •Prepare photomontages and architectural plan sketches for internal case studies
  • •Organize construction works and create time schedules
  • •Assist in managing sustainability projects for internal and brand initiatives
  • •Implement and improve systems and procedures for the shop-fit process
  • •Monitor shop-fit quality to meet excellence standards
  • •Manage information flow between local departments and external consultants
  • •Track ongoing development construction progress
  • •Update internal plans and maintain asset information post-project completion
  • •Coordinate and complete internal approval documents and presentations
  • •Complete administrative tasks related to Retail Development and maintain organized documentation
  • •Send opening announcements for new stores and reopenings
  • •Coordinate unit handover and handback processes with tenants
