Resource Manager(m/w/x)

In this role, you will manage project resources while collaborating with various teams to ensure effective planning and transparency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing processes, tracking utilization, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or related technical field
• •Several years of experience in management of offshore wind execution projects
• •Strong technical project management skills
• •Strategic mindset for operational excellence and continuous improvement
• •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• •Professional qualification in project management, such as PMP or IPMA level B, C, or D
• •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• •Effective communication and teamwork skills
• •Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• •German language skills are an asset
