  • Familiarity with PMS Opera, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and reservation platforms
  • Pleasant, professional telephone manner

Deine Aufgaben

  • Capture sales from incoming reservation calls and messages
  • Reply to guest inquiries about accommodations and hotel information
  • Articulate the hotel’s features and benefits to close bookings
  • Contact guests or travel planners to clarify preferences and special requests
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Confirm and guarantee non-guaranteed reservations
  • Clear waitlists and manage cancellations and no-shows
  • Ensure daily confirmations are sent and information is registered
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on group management and file updates
  • Answer incoming calls and FS Messenger inquiries, routing them appropriately
  • Operate PBX systems, including wake-up call procedures
  • Maintain discretion regarding hotel clients and employees
  • Respond promptly to emergency requests and follow crisis management protocols
  • Maintain accuracy of the Golden & PMS database
  • Ensure correct market segmentation for reservations
  • Create tickets to merge duplicate profiles in the database
  • Manage general reservations email and respond appropriately
  • Achieve targeted goals in Hotel Mystery Shopping calls
  • Act according to the crisis management plan in emergencies
  • Be aware of hotel Fire and Emergency Procedures
  • Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales, marketing, and hygiene
  • Maintain inventory of department supplies and order stationery
  • Engage in professional development and training sessions
  • Demonstrate active listening and prepare organized action plans
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by hotel management
  • Work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions
  • Uphold quality standards related to the role
