Anforderungen
- •PhD in protein biochemistry or related field with an excellent track record
- •Strong acquaintance with rational construct design, protein expression, chromatographic purification techniques, purification process optimization, and protein characterization methods
- •Profound knowledge in structural biology (X-ray or Cryo-EM)
- •Hands-on mentality with problem-solving mindset and attention to details
- •Independent, service-oriented way of working with outstanding team spirit and excellent organization and communication skills
- •Experience with purification, reconstitution, and characterization of multi subunit protein and/or protein-nucleic acid complexes
- •Background in RNA production and characterization is a plus
