Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
- •Strong programming skills in Python; experience with PyTorch highly desirable; knowledge of Fortran a plus
- •Experience with programming and version control systems (e.g. Git)
- •Hands-on experience implementing machine learning models, workflows, and/or data analysis pipelines
- •Basic understanding of physics at university level
- •Experience deploying ML models on edge devices (e.g. Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson) advantageous
- •Experience with multiphysics software such as Ansys or open-source alternatives beneficial
- •Hands-on experience in assembling hardware prototypes a plus
- •Fluency in English, written and spoken

Deine Aufgaben
- •Implement and develop machine learning solutions for virtual sensing and physics-based AI
- •Translate scientific concepts into robust and efficient software implementations
- •Optimize and refactor machine learning models and existing codebases
- •Perform data analysis, processing, and visualization to support research activities
- •Deploy, test, and validate ML models on embedded and edge platforms
- •Collaborate with researchers to create reliable software and hardware prototypes
- •Design and construct software and hardware demonstrators, including sensor setups
- •Contribute to and extend open-source simulation software
- •Improve workflows for stable, efficient, and reproducible systems
- •Support project acquisition by providing technical expertise and concept development
- •Assist with project management tasks
- •Facilitate networking and collaboration with customers, academic partners, and technical committees
