Anforderungen
- •Degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or comparable field
- •Several years of experience in requirements engineering
- •IREB certification (Foundation Level or higher)
- •Excellent English (C1/C2) and German (C1/C2) language skills
- •Strong ability to moderate technical discussions and consolidate complex stakeholder requirements
- •Broad technical understanding (software, electronics, mechanics, physics)
- •Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Plan and moderate workshops to gather user and stakeholder requirements
- •Analyze and document requirements using IREB-compliant methods
- •Derive system requirements from user needs and ensure traceability
- •Collaborate with product management, project management, and system architects
- •Support development teams in applying requirements throughout the product lifecycle
- •Derive and document test cases based on system requirements
- •Support system tests during prototype and pre-series phases
- •Act as key user for requirements management tools like Polarion
- •Contribute to improving the company-wide requirements engineering process
