- •Project Management Professional or Lean Six Sigma Certification within 6 months
- •Knowledge of DESMF and ITIL
- •Knowledge of Business Relationship Management techniques
- •Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
- •ITIL v3/v4 Certification
- •Scrum Alliance Certification
- •Adaptability to changing circumstances
- •Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards
- •Experience with DoD IT security requirements
- •Experience managing asset accuracy to Critical Success Factors
- •DoD 8570.01 Certification Compliance

- •Provide technical expertise in developing cost-effective systems and procedures
- •Create business, functional, and technical specifications based on customer requirements
- •Consult with customers and business owners on existing services and automated systems
- •Manage course of action analysis and decision briefings
- •Conduct analysis of alternatives and business impact assessments
- •Perform risk analysis for business processes
- •Lead cross-functional teams to resolve business or systems issues
- •Identify process improvement opportunities and document requirements

- •Engage military, civilian, and partner nation leaders in strategic management
- •Train and lead teams in transformation using industry best practices
