Could you be the full-time **Requirements Management Engineer (f/m/d)** in **Zurich** we’re looking for?
**Your Future Role**
140 years of Swiss railway history meet modern solutions for green mobility in Zurich. With 300 colleagues, our Zurich site servs as a global competence center for high-performance traction technology and a development hub for locomotives, bogies, mechanical and electrical systems, as well as services for the local and global markets. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to Michael Fuller, Requirement Management Domain Leader and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
**We’ll look for you to:**
* Establish traceability of compliance to technical requirement focusing on contract execution and fulfilment of the customer’s requirements
* Ensure that the management of tender and project requirements is performed as per the RM process and methodology, thus the delivered product meets the contractual requirements
* Provide the necessary support and training to tender and project teams regarding requirements management (RM) process, methodology and tool (DOORS) to perform activities requested by the process
* Monitor and report on the status of RM activities, manage the RM database and help engineers in their RM activities
* Help the scope owners to build the requirement specifications and the traceability of requirements to design and validation
* Make baselines according to RM/CM processes, in cooperation with the configuration manager.
