Anforderungen
- •Senior operations management experience in autonomous systems, transportation, logistics, aviation, or similar fields
- •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Logistics, Engineering, or Business
- •Proven collaboration in complex, cross-functional environments
- •Process design and standardization experience
- •Remote operations/teleoperations domain knowledge and familiarity with AV hardware/software stacks
- •Data-driven mindset with continuous improvement methodologies
- •Real-time decision-making under pressure and strong safety and compliance orientation
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- •Workforce and capacity planning expertise
- •Vendor and technology management
- •Familiarity with AV regulations and incident documentation practices

Deine Aufgaben
- •Own the global strategy for Remote Guidance operations
- •Align strategy with the overall AV roadmap
- •Drive the setup of Remote Operations Centers across Europe and North America
- •Ensure efficient and safe operations with 24/7 coverage
- •Define and maintain SOPs for monitoring and remote intervention
- •Establish escalation and system recovery procedures
- •Define operational KPIs and track performance
- •Drive continuous improvement based on operations data analysis
- •Collaborate with Engineering and Product on requirements and concepts
- •Lead safety and compliance efforts for remote operator certification
- •Ensure adherence to local, state, and national regulations
- •Enhance efficiency and scalability through automation and tooling
- •Improve human-machine interfaces
- •Engage and manage technology vendors and partners
- •Collaborate with legal, policy, and safety stakeholders
