##### Your Role

In this role, you will act as the first line of contact for regulatory affairs, taking ownership of planning, coordinating, and actively supporting the implementation of regulatory and technical processes.
##### Your Responsibilities
**Alert Handling & Monitoring**
* Perform Level-1 alert handling for various reporting queries and actively monitor reporting activities on a daily basis
* Identify and flag any areas for improvement discovered during alert handling, ensuring they are captured for follow-up in line with the continuous improvement model of the 360T Regulatory Reporting System
**Reporting Consistency & Data Analysis**
* Conduct regular reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy across all regulatory reporting processes
* Evaluate client data and analyze client-specific information
* Monitor and analyze global regulatory developments to ensure the organization remains informed and compliant with evolving requirements
* Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients on general operational regulatory queries
**Regulatory Reporting Execution**
* Execute regulatory reporting tasks for both internal stakeholders and external clients
* Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure all operational regulatory requirements are met and maintained
**Regulatory Documentation and Information Management**
* Prepare formal documentation to a professional standard
* Develop and maintain internal and external resources to support regulatory operations
* Translate complex or technical concepts, such as IT specifications, to be explained in clear, succinct and effective terms
* Ensure all documents are properly retained and filed for future reference and audit readiness
* Develop department-specific requirements and concepts
##### Your Profile
* Relevant academic background in business administration, business education or finance
* Good knowledge of the relevant regulations (e.g. MiFID/MiFIR, SEF, RMO, MiCAR, etc.) and their global application is beneficial
* Previous experience in Financial/Banking operations a plus
* Great communicator, with hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
* Work with integrity and be reliable
* Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to explain technical terms and information about products to a variety of audiences, namely clients and internal teams
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
