- •Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in construction or building materials sector
- •Proven experience in international and cross-functional environments

- •Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic approach
- •Excellent English skills; German language skills advantageous

- •Design and deliver internal training on standards and compliance topics
- •Monitor regulatory developments and certification requirements globally
- •Manage certification processes, including costs and timelines
- •Develop internal guidelines and position papers for strategic decision-making
- •Contribute to a future-oriented standards and regulatory strategy
