- •University or Bachelor's Degree in scientific field
- •4+ years of experience in regulatory field
- •Knowledge of Cosmetic Products, Ingredients, Chemicals, or Fragrance ingredients
- •Fluent in English and German, written and verbal
- •Experience with product category activities, regulatory trends, and market dynamics
- •Knowledge of regulatory systems and databases
- •Knowledge of industry and customer regulatory requirements and trends
- •Knowledge of global regulatory issues in Cosmetics, Chemicals, and Fragrances
- •Proactive and adaptable attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Experience engaging confidently with business partners, technical teams, and customers
- •Some travel requirements may be needed to collaborate with the regulatory team in Europe
