Job Description:
**Driving growth and expansion in the Northern Germany sales region** through the identification and acquisition of new customers, as well as the expansion of existing contacts.
**Responsibility for the entire sales cycle:**
Lead generation → Qualification → Proposal phase → Negotiation → Closing
**Execution of sales campaigns** to systematically target new customer segments
**Processing of lead lists** and independent development of targeted campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Inside Sales
**Sales focus on our core products**, as well as the identification and development of cross-selling and upselling potential
**Presence at trade fairs, events, and industry gatherings** to strategically expand the network
**Close coordination with the central sales team** and regular presence at the Frankfurt office for meetings and strategic planning
**Monitoring of competitors and market trends** to identify emerging trends and customer needs at an early stage
