Anforderungen

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent
•3-5 years of professional experience
•University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
•Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst in manufacturing or similar role
•Fast learner and ability to work independently
•Ability to cope with tight deadlines, proactive, organized, results-oriented, strong continuous improvement mindset
•Culturally sensitive and comfortable in a fast-paced, international matrix organization
•Proactive, hardworking, good communication, execution, detail-oriented
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills, Power BI advantageous
•Proficiency in English, German advantageous

Deine Aufgaben

•Build and maintain partnerships with Regional and Plant Controllers
•Drive centralization and standardization of reporting processes
•Consolidate monthly financial results and rolling forecasts
•Focus on P&L, Capex, and operational KPIs
•Deliver timely and accurate ad-hoc financial reports and analyses
•Support on-demand requests from plants
•Contribute to special projects and provide backup support for plant teams
•Identify and implement opportunities to optimize reporting workflows
•Manage non-plant financials for the region
•Act as the primary business partner for Outbound Freight
•Support internal audit requirements as needed
