Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- •3-5 years of professional experience
- •University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
- •Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst in manufacturing or similar role
- •Fast learner and ability to work independently
- •Ability to cope with tight deadlines, proactive, organized, results-oriented, strong continuous improvement mindset
- •Culturally sensitive and comfortable in a fast-paced, international matrix organization
- •Proactive, hardworking, good communication, execution, detail-oriented
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills, Power BI advantageous
- •Proficiency in English, German advantageous

Deine Aufgaben
- •Build and maintain partnerships with Regional and Plant Controllers
- •Drive centralization and standardization of reporting processes
- •Consolidate monthly financial results and rolling forecasts
- •Focus on P&L, Capex, and operational KPIs
- •Deliver timely and accurate ad-hoc financial reports and analyses
- •Support on-demand requests from plants
- •Contribute to special projects and provide backup support for plant teams
- •Identify and implement opportunities to optimize reporting workflows
- •Manage non-plant financials for the region
- •Act as the primary business partner for Outbound Freight
- •Support internal audit requirements as needed
