  • •Organize and document material import/export processes
  • •Take ownership of import/export processes for study setups and modifications
  • •Understand and meet sponsors' needs for specific countries
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, CRAs, and logistics partners
  • •Act as a point of contact for study-specific information
  • •Explain processes and discuss feasibility with sponsors and CROs
  • •Maintain knowledge of regional import/export laws and regulations
  • •Collect and analyze regional performance metrics
  • •Proactively communicate with project management and logistics partners to resolve shipment issues
  • •Coordinate with project management on external import/export requests
