#### What you´ll do
* Deploy the Global Hygiene Program within the Region assuring the effective implementation of Standards, processes and microbiology technologies/methods in the Region
* Direct microbiology testing to assure accuracy of data, and timely confidential communication of results (including proficiency testing program) for the Region
* Lead and perform Plants Hygiene audits and Microbiology Laboratory audit
* Provide deep technical expertise in all aspects of laboratory and operational microbiology to support regional significant Hygiene incidents and the development and implementation of Hygiene Standards to support new product development activities
* Provide technical guidance and consultancy (FMEA) to projects teams within the Region to assure that manufacturing processes and environments are microbiologically safe for producing both new and existing products
* Provide guidance in the design of microbiological surveillance and sanitation programs for manufacturing sites in the region
* Support the root cause analysis and action plans creation of microbiological non- conformities at Henkel plants
* Provide scientifically-based recommendations to Regional Management Team regarding product dispositions and need for recall/retrieval of non-conforming products
#### What makes you a good fit
* University degree in Microbiology is preferable or related field
* At least 5 years experience of working in microbiological laboratories and practical applied microbiology in factory environments
* Experience managing Hygiene in multisite or regional set up is a plus
* Comfortable and adept at operating in a matrix management structure with many indirect relationships
* A capable leader of teams and individuals and able to motivate and engage superiors, peers, direct and indirect employees
* Travel ability of 50% to 80%
* Fluent English skills
