- •Master’s degree in HR or related field
- •Significant international HR leadership or HRBP experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
- •Strong knowledge of German labour law and experience with works councils
- •Blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- •Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- •Proven experience driving organisational change, leadership development, and talent processes
- •Excellent communication, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- •Ability to thrive in a matrix setup, manage complexity, and work independently
- •Willingness to travel approx 30–40%
