Regional Export Control & Sanction Manager Europe(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead export control and sanctions compliance across the region, advising leadership on regulatory changes and managing risks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing strategies, overseeing licensing, and fostering a culture of compliance.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
• •Minimum of 8–10 years’ hands-on experience in export control and sanctions compliance
• •Demonstrated advancement and leadership success in the export control field
• •Proven ability to influence, develop, and implement policies and strategies
• •Strong analytical, management, and decision-making skills
• •Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• •In-depth knowledge of EU and US re-export control compliance and regulations
• •Recognized subject matter expert in export control compliance management systems
• •Extensive experience defining and deploying export control policies
• •Proficient in using export control software for compliance monitoring
• •Excellent command of English and German, both spoken and written
• •Proficiency with the MS Office suite for efficient task management
